I met Megan (pronounced Meegan) this summer when I was working on another photoshoot at her workplace. I saw her impeccable sense of style and those killer cheekbones and immediately knew I had to convince her to model for me. A few weeks later and we were texting about creative vision and choosing outfits. While we were on the photoshoot I showed her a few of the images that just took my breath away straight out of camera, and she said to me "I haven't had pictures taken of me since high school, I didn't know I could look like that!"

As a photographer, that is my absolute favorite thing to hear. I am always striving to capture people in a genuine way that makes them feel proud to present the image to others as a means of self and creative expression. Being in front of the camera can be a scary thing for a lot of people, but it can also be incredibly empowering.
